I love old photos of people and places in the U.P. It's fun to see how styles have changed and look for clues in the background. But most of all, the real story is told by the faces: the stern, weathered look of the old folks... the playful, carefree expression of the younger ones... the body language captured in one fleeting moment of time. Many thanks to Keith Meyers for taking time to scan and publish a treasury of memories in his Pasty Cam guest album.
Keith's collection Longing to be in the U.P. is just one fine example from dozens of friends and visitors who continue to shower our Guest Gallery with the beauty, history, fun and excitement of Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
