A tie is great. I live in Colorado and it's almost impossible to be an early bird because of the time difference. Thak you for providing the U.P. fix for all of us.

What about 2003? All ships have bridges don't they?

Chassell Drive-in Theater. How lonely a picture with the speaker posts standing silently in an overgrowen field.
But not forgotten are the good times I had while working there as a teenager. Some things you will always remember...........FJL

Wasn't the drive-in called The Hiawatha? I remember that one and the Lakes Drive-in in Lake Linden.

I remember the drive in at Lake Linden. Then a few years ago my mom and I went to a barn sale and the barn was where they use to store stuff for the drive in. Had fun bumming around with my mom. I still miss her.

I didn't get in here to look at the pictures yesterday. There are some really good ones. It's hard to even single any out, but I love Joyce's Karen's and JoAnne's the best. They are absolutely great! And how can you go wrong with a lighthouse picture in Michigan?

The drive-in's were so much fun. We still have one out here where we live. It's about 20 to 30 minutes from here but we never go because I would fall asleep on the 2nd movie anyway. I even did when I was younger. But we went to the Lake Linden one often, and as a kid, we went to the Hiawatha often also. Usually stopped at the TeePee on the way for some ice cream. Those were the days.
